For Veronella Plant we are looking for a:

Production Manager

The resource will take care of:

• To ensure all the activities necessary for the realization of the production volumes of the plant in the respect of the required times and the assigned standards optimizing the costs, use of the plants and assigned resources;

• Daily analysis of the results obtained and timely definition of the corrective actions necessary to achieve the objectives;

• Monitoring compliance with company regulations, procedures and regulations (worker safety and environmental protection);

• Support the maintenance structure in the definition of maintenance interventions to allow the restoration and improvement of plants;

• Support the department heads in the organization and management of the Daily meeting and participate in the weekly meetings of the establishment aimed at analysing the performance of the Key indicators and provide guidance/ information on those within its competence;

• Lead the transformation area by implementing a continuous improvement activity.

Requirements of the position:

• experience in similar roles of at least 5/8 years, in structured business realities (preference for the automotive sector or contexts with large production volumes). Mandatory production contexts;

• Knowledge of process and product company regulations;

• Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing systems and the main production efficiency techniques;

• Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation;

• Knowledge of business quality procedures;

• Excellent knowledge of office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP and Outlook email;

• Knowledge of the main performance Kpi (operation kpi);

• Customer quality oriented;

• Green belt certification (plus);

• Strong performance culture (high performance with focus on managing problems in health change);

• Collaboration with colleagues and company functions (engineering etc.);

• Initiative and result orientation;
