FIAMM Energy Technology S.p.A. supports and respects Human Rights internationally recognized and doesn’t permit any violation within its field of activity.

FIAMM Energy Technology S.p.A. shares, supports and applies following fundamental principles:
- Freedom of association: all the employees have the right to take part in associations, organizations and collective labor agreement
- Forced Labor: all forms of forced and compulsory work are banned.
- Child labor: child labor is banned. All the employee have to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
- Discrimination: every employment and task discrimination is banned.
- Compensation and working hours: working hours, wages, salary and contributions comply with applicable legislation and contractual regulations.
