For the Planning, Procurement & Logistics Department of the Avezzano Plant (AQ), we are looking for a:
LOGISTICS PLANNER
The person will take care of the following activities:
-Ensure stock levels, coordinating the supply of raw materials, the availability of finished products in stock and their shipment to warehouses and/or
-verify the feasibility of budgets, developed by Supply Chains Starter and
Industrial, evaluating the productivity capacity of individual lines and the
mix and quantities of products required
-process monthly, sharing it with the Supply Chains Starter and
Industrial, the planning of the finished products to be produced up to the
assembly department and weekly the planning of the charge relative to
the starter batteries
-ensure the determination of the plate requirements and the related programming and the raw material requirements
-arrange and coordinate the inventory of semi-finished products and raw materials in order to verify the correspondence between accounting and physical stocks and check directly on the availability of lead and semi-finished products
-coordinate quarterly and year-end inventory activities in relation to
raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
-develop production launches and ensure the availability on production
lines of the necessary raw materials
-monitoring production trends and ensure a timely change in
programming and transport
-ensure the availability in stock of raw materials, packaging, and auxiliary
materials at the scheduled dates
-define the lay out of the warehouses
-ensure the correct management of the reception and unloading of incoming materials and handling and storage of packaging, raw materials, lead, green batteries and finished products
-ensure the finishing and packing activities of flooded batteries
-guarantee shipments of finished products to customers and/or to the DHL warehouse and/or to the Almisano Logistics Centre
-ensure the preparation and dispatch of waste forms.
Requirements of the position:
-Degree in technical fields/management
-5/6 years of experience in the role in structured business realities
-knowledge of production planning methodologies
-knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems
-Knowledge of the main performance Kpi
-knowledge of MS Office package
-knowledge of SAP
-Knowledge of the English language.
